    Water = No Ignition

    Hi guys please assist..my Husqvarna WR250 dies when getting a little wet..even if I just was it with a bucket of water it struggles to start..thought there may be some sort of leak on the spark plug which was changed...but can't figure out why it dies when even a little wet?

    Any ideas?

    Change your plug lead, if that does not work have someone check the coil for you.

    If the plug lead is bad it could be wasting spark.

    Is it the old red ones or the new cone type? if it's the old red one then the problem is the airbox seal on the carb side not electrical

    The airbox does not seal as in they install the seals in wrong, take the airbox out and make sure that when water splashes on it that it can't get past the gaskets/seals
