    T-Bone Junior Enduro Series - Round 1

Dear Dad's Mom's and future champs - boys and girls!

We are super excited to be hosting the Gauteng/Northwest round of the hugely successful T-Bone Racing Junior Enduro Series, at one of the best venues in Gauteng - Vikings Extreme Enduro Club in Hartbeespoort - on the 24th of February 2018.

The series has classes for all:
    - 50cc
    - 65 and 85cc Expert Class
    - 65 and 85cc Pro Class
    - 125cc High school

Racing is based in a time lap format typically lasting 1 hour for the 50cc class, 2 hours for the 65 and 85cc classes, and 2.5 hours for the High School 125cc class, with low average speeds. Safety is always our top priority, but the routes will be challenging! Marshalls will be on hand to assist riders along the routes.

In the build up to the start of the series we encourage Juniors to join us at Vikings for weekly rides with other Juniors - some fast, some slow, some very fast - but we welcome all, and no Juniors will be thrown in the deep end! look us up on Facebook under Vikings Xtreme Enduro to organize rides for your Juniors!

Graham Hedgcock, one of the series founders, 9 times Gold Roof of Africa finisher and 2 times Pro Romaniacs Finisher, will be up on the weekend of the 27th / 28th January for final route preparation, and will be doing some rider training. For those parents concerned about their juniors abilities to compete, we will be setting out a short test loop for the juniors to test, and Graham will be able to give feedback as to whether your future champ is ready!

For more information please go to "T bone Racing" FB page or contact Graham Hedgcock on 083 631 9117

    Looking forward to 2018!

Hi Dean, that is correct - As per MSA's new SSR's there will only be a 125cc High School Class.

    cheers!

ya but the regs allow for you to be 16 and ride E1 ( or in offroad either in a wow class or in Or3) provided you are sixteen , so keep a wow class in enduro even for the juniors so when the local races are here some of these boys can still race and up the numbers , will give Graham a call as there is no class for them , unless they bolt of the 150 heads and pop on a 125cc for his races , bt the guys on 250f's will have a problem . I know there was talk of the class cc limit changing just did not think it would actually transpire , last time i looked at the regs was two years ago Ockie
