    5. are you wearing you lucky jocks ? better check thrice
    6. do you have your energy juice mixed right, dont want to shit through a screen door.
    7. have you gone with 1 front sprocket bigger ? you are going to need it
    8. are the marking the same as the tech races, you will learn the hard way just like we did
    9. have i downloaded the right playlist for the race ? all GXCC riders have tunes playing while racing, make a plan or you wont fit in.
    10. wait a minute i left my wife in the pits with that oke ????
Not confusing at all guys. You all know I used to race Nationals for some time, so a lot of this is not new to me. Its just new on the tweelie. But I can see if one is going to race off road and enduro, its best to have two bikes set up the right way.

But to answer the questions @Novice

Oz just go and have fun, after all tyres is your last worry. Did a 3 hour at TK yesterday to try get the rust out after 2 months off the bike. The tyre is fine and will stay for GXCC. Will just do a run through a few bolts that need tightening, wash, prep etc.

    1. do you have a spare set of goggles per lap - dust will block them up ? I have plenty, two with the EZ straps on, even have clear and tinted options pappie
    2. do you have extra chain lube for the pit stops, you will loose huge time with a dirty chain ? Ive never liked the idea of lubing at pit stops, if anything the chain would need to be washed first and then re lubed. Lubing over the grit surely just screws up the chain faster?
    3. is you Jerry can fitted with a quick filler ? more time lost. Nope, got the usual 25L addis can with spout. This will be fast enough for now. I just might have a tuff jug lying at home that will fit the KTM, will check, but Im not that serious about time for now.
    4. have you got a long range tank, do you even know how far you can get with a tank at full pace ? Its the standard tank the bike came with. I doubt I will make 100 kays a tank, so I will fill up after each 50 kay lap
    5. are you wearing you lucky jocks ? better check thrice Dont have anything like that, many of my mates do though
    6. do you have your energy juice mixed right, dont want to shit through a screen door. I always do rehidrat with a bit of energade or similar just to give it some taste
    7. have you gone with 1 front sprocket bigger ? you are going to need it Nope. Not going to tamper just yet. If its really needed after lap 1 is it easy enough to borrow one from someone and fit quickly? As is the gearing is more than enough for me. I havent managed to sit at top gear pinned yet
    8. are the marking the same as the tech races, you will learn the hard way just like we did Im sure its the same as back in the GOC and nationals I did? Orange marker on left is on route. Multiple markers is danger, double markers on right or left is a corner coming up. Green markers are off route. The last part has always been a problem as Im slightly colour blind
    9. have i downloaded the right playlist for the race ? all GXCC riders have tunes playing while racing, make a plan or you wont fit in. Ha ha ha ha. That wont work for me
    10. wait a minute i left my wife in the pits with that oke ???? That kak doesnt bug me the slightest bit

I doubt there's a chance of that happening. Ive calculated that I would achieve a top end of around 110 with my current gearing. So no chance in hell Im beating anyone

At least it will pull out the corners like nuts
