    Just sharing because

Just sharing this because I can, and it is something I am VERY proud of myself for doing, it probably means sweet bugger all to most of you on here, but for me, it is pretty awesome....

Took a piece of this Aluminium

And made a one off billet brake fluid reservoir for my Dads bike

As I say, most of you wont be interested, but for myself, it was quite an accomplishment, especially seeing as though I am not a turner by trade.

Nice, start making KTM kick starter spline replacements and kick stand replacements. You'll be rich this time next year.

I said I dont know because I have never seen a KTM flywheel, so I dont know how to fit it etc, but i you bring your bike so I can see how much space etc there is, I am sure I can do it, I cant blindly take on a job without knowing what is involved

Awesome work. Would love to have the machinery to try and build those skills

Can I ask why you made the stem so thin? Not scared it will break in a fall?

The goal is NOT to fall, hahaha, although that is the very reason I am making these for him, he broke the old ones in a fall.

The reason that stem is small like that, is because a circlip holds it in place behind that head, so you need the space for the circlip, I have made that stem 10mm over the 6mm it was previously, it is a risk we are willing to take with the hope that he wont bin it again
